Due to the custom and personalized nature of our gift wrapping services, returns are generally not applicable once services have been completed and delivered. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where adjustments are needed.

If you are not satisfied with the completed work, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the wrapped items to discuss potential solutions. We are committed to working with you to address any concerns and find a satisfactory resolution.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for consideration of adjustments or refunds, the following conditions must be met:

• Contact must be made within 48 hours of service completion
• The wrapped items must be in their original condition as delivered
• Documentation of the issue must be provided when requested
• The concern must relate to the quality of our workmanship or materials

We reserve the right to assess each situation individually and determine the appropriate course of action based on the specific circumstances.

Cost of Return Shipping

If a return or rework is approved, shipping costs will be determined based on the specific situation:

• If the issue is due to an error on our part, we will cover all associated shipping costs
• If the return is due to a change of mind or preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Return Process

To initiate a return or discuss a concern:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your wrapped items
2. Provide details about the issue, including photographs if applicable
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
4. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning items or scheduling adjustments

Non-Returnable Items

The following items and situations are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Custom designs that have been approved by the customer before completion
• Items that have been damaged after delivery due to mishandling by the customer
• Services that have been fully completed and delivered more than 48 hours prior to contact
• Changes in personal preference or circumstances unrelated to our service quality
• Items that cannot be returned in their original condition

• Before Work Begins: Full refund if cancellation is made before we begin working on your order
• After Work Begins: Partial refund may be available depending on the stage of completion and materials used
• Custom Orders: Cancellation of custom orders may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover design and planning costs

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests must be made in writing or through our contact form. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Refund Procedure

If a refund is approved, it will be processed as follows:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
• Processing time is typically 5-10 business days after approval
• You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed
• Refund amounts may be adjusted to account for services already rendered, materials used, or shipping costs as applicable
